Integrating intercultural competencies across institutions is imperative for sustainable internationalisation. In this session, our panellists will explore ways in which New Zealand institutions can develop intercultural competency across all levels – from senior management to staff to students.

After introducing the concept of intercultural competency in the context of international education, panellists will discuss how it meets their needs in enhancing the quality of their area of service. In addition, learn how others are doing and how intercultural competencies can be implemented.

Come and find ways that you, your department and your institution can become agents of change through building intercultural competencies from within.
